Annual governement levy for 2022- Extension for payment till 31st December 2022

On 30 June 2022 the Parliament voted another amendment to the Cyprus Companies Law Cap. 113 according to which the deadline for the payment of the annual levy for the year 2022 is extended until December 31, 2022, without the imposition of any additional penalty.
